RELIEFAST contains montelukast, a leukotriene receptor antagonist, is available in the following dosage forms:

4mg chewable tablets, packs of 28, for children 2 to 5 years of age 5mg chewable tablets, packs of 28, for children 6 to 14 years of age 10mg film coated tablets, packs of 28, for adults RELIEFAST is indicated for the treatment of asthma and relief of seasonal allergic rhinitis (hay fever) symptoms.
